Overview

The Revelstoke Station Heritage Conservation Area was created to provide long-term protection to the heritage character of the residential area that developed rapidly between 1897 and 1915, a period of early, permanent settlement centered around the historic Revelstoke Station, that previously existed along the mainline of the Canadian Pacific Railway.
Development and alterations within the Revelstoke Station Heritage Conservation Area requires a Heritage Alteration Permit.
