In recognition of the
contributions made by debenture holders to the Mt. Mackenzie Alpine
Sports Society (the “Society”) for the operation of the Mt. Mackenzie
ski hill, the City of Revelstoke, although it has no legal obligation to
do so, wishes to consider honouring such debentures or, in lieu thereof,
letters of acknowledgement from the Society that money was loaned to the
Society.
In order to be
considered for repayment, please mail a copy of the debenture or letter
of acknowledgement, no later than December 31, 2006, to:

The City may
request further information or evidence before considering any
repayment.
