Permits, however, do not include variations in land uses, density of
development or flood control requirements. Development Variance Permits may be granted when the application appears to be reasonable and maintains the intent of the bylaws. DVPs are most commonly sought for, but not limited to, the following provisions:
1. relaxation of setbacks
2. increased building heights
3. increased building area lot coverage
