The Sign & Façade Design Program provides funding for a coloured
rendering of a building in the Heritage Inventory or for commercial
buildings. The program pays the fee for a Heritage Consultant to provide
assistance in the selection of schematic colour samples or sign design
or simple façade improvements. Their work is displayed in a coloured
rendering.
Funding is limited each year. If money is not available, eligible
property owners can request to be placed on a waiting list. For further
