| Anyone who conducts or carries on a business within the City of Revelstoke is required to obtain a business license. This includes tradesmen coming into the community to perform such work as plumbing, electrical or landscaping. Fees vary and may be based on the number of people working, the amount of space occupied or other criteria such as the number of vehicles involved in the running of the business. |

A business license is valid
for one calendar year. Automatic renewal notices are sent out every
December.
