| The Sign Permit Bylaw is intended to encourage aesthetically pleasing and harmonious streetscapes throughout the community. In addition, they are intended to minimize any possibility of signs being erected that could be a hazard to life or property or could create a traffic hazard. All signs, unless exempt from the bylaw, require a permit. |
