Commercial customers are hereby notified that utility notices for the
third quarter of 2004 (July 1 – September 30) have been issued and are
due for payment July 30, 2004. Failure to receive a utility notice does
not excuse customers from penalty in the event of a late payment. If you
have not received your notice please contact City Hall Finance
Department (250) 837-2161 as soon as possible to receive a copy.
In
accordance with Bylaw # 1744 commercial
water charges have increased by approximately 1.82 %. In accordance with
Bylaw # 1745 commercial sewer charges have
increased by approximately 1.95 %. These increases have been applied to
all accounts effective July 1, 2004.
Information regarding the new water and sewer rates may be obtained from
the Finance Department at City Hall, or on this web site using the links
above.
