Commercial customers are hereby notified that utility notices for the
third quarter of 2002 (July 1 - September 30) have been issued and are due
for payment August 27, 2002. Failure to receive a utility notice does not
excuse customers of the penalty addition for late payment. If you have not
received your notice please contact City Hall Finance Department

In accordance with Bylaw #1678, Dated
May 15, 2002, commercial water charges have increased by approximately
10%. This increase has been applied to all accounts effective July 1,
2002. Garbage and Sewer rates have remained unchanged for 2002.
