• Mount Mackenzie Resort Ltd. to flag the boundaries of the ski runs and lift line
  September 2003
   
• Downie Timber Ltd. To conduct a preliminary field survey of the ski runs/lift line and determine their interest in cutting the timber
  September 2003
   
• Downie Timber Ltd. completes a timber cruise and geotechnical assessment and prepares valuation/assessment report for submission to the ministry of forests
  September-October 2003
   
• Ministry of Forests conducts field check and accepts Downie valuation/assessment
  • Land and Water BC survey controlled recreation boundary
    October-November 2003
     
• Land and Water BC review and approve Master plan
  December-February 2004
   
• Ministry of Forests approves cutting plan
  February-March 2004
   
• Downie begins to cut ski runs/lift line
  May-June 2004
