CITY OF REVELSTOKE
BYLAW No. 1831

Being a Bylaw to Amend Zoning Bylaw No. 1264, 1984 ___________________________________________________________________
WHEREAS the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, deem it necessary to amend the City of Revelstoke Zoning Bylaw No. 1264, 1984.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia in open meeting assembled enacts as follows:
1. THAT Section 5.6 (1) (b) be deleted in its entirety and replaced as follows:
5.6 (1) (b) An accessory building shall not be located closer than 1.2m (3.9 ft.) for any lane or side property line, except in the case of a lane intersection where the provisions of Section 5.13 shall apply.
2. THAT this Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “City of Revelstoke Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1831”.
3. THAT this Bylaw shall take effect upon the date of its adoption by Council.
