CITY OF REVELSTOKE
BYLAW No. 1805

Being a Bylaw to Amend Zoning Bylaw No. 1264, 1984
___________________________________________________________________
WHEREAS the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, deem it necessary to amend the City of Revelstoke Zoning Bylaw No. 1264, 1984 to facilitate development of a park in future.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia in open meeting assembled enacts as follows:
1. THAT Page 12 of the Official Zoning Atlas, being Schedule A of Zoning Bylaw No. 1264, be amended by changing the zoning of Lot A Section 33 Township 23 Range 2 W6M Kootenay District Plan NEP61722 from Low Density Residential District (R2) to Parks and Public Use District (P1).
2. THAT a Public Hearing was held pursuant to Sections 890 and 892 of the Local Government Act.
3. THAT this Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “City of Revelstoke Zoning Amendment Bylaw No.1805”.
4. THAT this Bylaw shall take effect upon the date of its adoption by Council.
