CITY OF REVELSTOKE
BYLAW No. 1800

Being a Bylaw to Amend Zoning Bylaw No. 1264, 1984
___________________________________________________________________
WHEREAS the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, deem it necessary to amend the City of Revelstoke Zoning Bylaw No. 1264, 1984.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia in open meeting assembled enacts as follows:
1. THAT Page 25 of the Official Zoning Atlas, being Schedule A of Zoning Bylaw No. 1264, be amended by changing the zoning of the area that is contained by commencing at the south east corner of Lot 1, Plan 15424, thence southerly at 182 degrees 9 minutes 50 seconds a distance of 95.7 metres more or less. Thence westerly along the south boundary of lot a, plan 7104 85.7 metres more or less to the top of the existing bank. Thence along the top of the bank in a north easterly direction to the south boundary lot 1, plan 15424. Thence easterly along the south boundary of lot 1, plan 15424 more or less 47.9 metres to the point of commencement, from Rural Residential 60 Hectares (RR60) to Airport Industrial District (A2) as shown on the map attached hereto as Schedule A.
2. THAT Page 25 of the Official Zoning Atlas, being Schedule A of Zoning Bylaw No. 1264, be amended by changing the zoning of Lot 1 , Section 14, Township 32, Range 2, West of the 6th Meridian, Kootenay District, Plan 17025 & Lot A , Section 14, Township 32, Range 2, West of the 6th Meridian, Kootenay District, Plan 7104 & Remainder of the West 1/2 of Legal Subdivision 7, Section 14, Township 32, Range 2, West of the 6th Meridian, Kootenay District, & Remainder of the West 1/2 of Legal Subdivision 2, Section 14, Township 32, Range 2, West of the 6th Meridian, Kootenay District from Rural Residential 60 Hectares (RR60) to Airport District (A1) as shown on the map attached hereto as Schedule A.
3. THAT a Public Hearing was held pursuant to Sections 890 and 892 of the Local Government Act.
4. THAT this Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the City of Revelstoke Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1800.
5. THAT this Bylaw shall take effect upon the date of its adoption by Council.
