CITY OF REVELSTOKE
BYLAW No. 1779

Being a Bylaw to Amend Zoning Bylaw No. 1264, 1984
___________________________________________________________________
WHEREAS the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, deem it necessary to amend the City of Revelstoke Zoning Bylaw No. 1264, 1984.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia in open meeting assembled enacts as follows:
1. THAT Page 23 of the Official Zoning Atlas, being Schedule A of Zoning
Bylaw No. 1264, be amended by changing the zoning of Lot the South Half of the
Northeast Quarter of Section 23 TWP 23 R2 W6M Kootenay District, Except
parts included in Plans 4526, 5352, 6130, 7318 7421, 7449, 8287, 8445 and Plan
NEP75340 from Rural Residential 60 Hectares (RR60) to Single Family
Residential (R1).
2. THAT a Public Hearing was held pursuant to Sections 890 and 892 of the Local Government Act.
3. THAT this Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “City of Revelstoke Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1779”.
4. THAT this Bylaw shall take effect upon the date of it’s adoption by Council.
