CITY OF REVELSTOKE
BYLAW NO. 1753

Being a Bylaw to Amend Zoning Bylaw No. 1264, 1984
___________________________________________________________________
WHEREAS the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, deem it necessary to amend the City of Revelstoke Zoning Bylaw No. 1264, 1984.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia in open meeting assembled enacts as follows:
1. THAT Page 23 of the Official Zoning Atlas, being Schedule A of Zoning Bylaw No. 1264, be amended by changing the zoning for a portion of Lot A Section 23 TWP 23 Range 2 W6M Kootenay District Plan 14752 from Single Family Residential (R1) to Mobile Home Residential (R5) as shown on the map attached hereto as Schedule “A”.
2. THAT Page 23 of the Official Zoning Atlas, being Schedule A of Zoning Bylaw No. 1264, be amended by changing the zoning for a portion of Lot 1 Section 23 TWP 23 Range 2 W6M Kootenay District Plan 8287 Except part included in Plan 14752 from Mobile Home Residential (R5) to Single Family Residential (R1) as shown on the map attached hereto as Schedule “A”.
3. THAT a Public Hearing was held pursuant to Sections 890 and 892 of the Local Government Act.
4. THAT this Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “City of Revelstoke Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1753.”
5. THAT this Bylaw shall take effect upon the date of it’s adoption by Council.
