CITY OF REVELSTOKE
BYLAW #1597
Being a Bylaw to Amend Zoning Bylaw #1264, 1984
WHEREAS the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, deem it necessary to amend the City of Revelstoke Zoning Bylaw #1264, 1984.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. THAT Page 16 of the Official Zoning Atlas, being Schedule A of Zoning Bylaw #1264, be amended by changing the zoning of Part of Lot 2, Section 33, Township 23, Range 2, West of the 6th Meridian, Kootenay District, Plan 7373 as shown outlined on the attached "Schedule A" from C7 Service Commercial District to C11 Neighbourhood Public House.
2. The purpose of the rezoning is to provide for subdivision of the land.
3. THAT a Public Hearing was held pursuant to Sections 890 and 892 of the Municipal Act.
4. THAT this Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Revelstoke Zoning Amendment Bylaw #1597, 2000".
5. THAT this Bylaw shall take effect upon the date of it's adoption by City Council.
