CITY OF REVELSTOKE
BYLAW #1594
Being a Bylaw to Amend Zoning Bylaw #1264, 1984
WHEREAS the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, deem it necessary to amend the City of Revelstoke Zoning Bylaw #1264, 1984.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. THAT Page 20 of the Official Zoning Atlas, being Schedule A of Zoning Bylaw #1264, be amended by changing the zoning of Part of Lot 1, Section 26, Township 23, Range 2, West of the 6th Meridian, Kootenay District, Plan 5727 shown as Lot 2 on the attached "Schedule A" and Part of Lot 2, Section 26, Township 23, Range 2, West of the 6th Meridian, Kootenay District, Plan 5727 shown as Lot 1 on the attached "Schedule A" from R5 Mobile Home District to R2A Special Low Density Residential District and Lot 1, Section 26, Township 23, Range 2 West of the 6th Meridian, Kootenay District, Plan 2414 from R2A Special Low Density Residential District to R5 Mobile Home District this lot will be consolidated and is shown as Lot 3 on the attached "Schedule A".
2. The purpose of the rezoning is to provide for subdivision of the land.
3. THAT a Public Hearing was held pursuant to Sections 890 and 892 of the Municipal Act.
4. THAT this Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Revelstoke Zoning Amendment Bylaw #1594, 1998".
5. THAT this Bylaw shall take effect upon the date of it's adoption by City Council.
