CITY OF REVELSTOKE

Being A Bylaw To Amend Zoning Bylaw #1264, 1984
_________________________________________________________________
WHEREAS the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, deem it necessary to amend the City of Revelstoke Zoning Bylaw #1264, 1984 for the purpose of establishing an autobody shop and office.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. THAT Page 16 of the Zoning Atlas, being Schedule "A" of Zoning Bylaw #1264, 1984 be amended by changing the zoning of "Lot 2, Section 33, Township 23, Range 2, West of the 6th Meridian, Kootenay District, Plan 7373, from C8 (Local Commercial District) and M1 (Light Industrial District) to C7 (Service Commercial District).
2. THAT a Public Hearing was held pursuant to Sections 956 and 957 of the Municipal Act.
3. THAT this Bylaw shall take effect upon the date of its'
adoption by City Council.
4. THIS Bylaw shall be cited for all purposes as the "City of
Revelstoke Zoning Amendment Bylaw #1547, 1996".
