Being A Bylaw To Amend Zoning Bylaw #1264, 1984
_________________________________________________________________
WHEREAS the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, deem it necessary to amend the City of Revelstoke Zoning Bylaw #1264, 1984 to allow for commercial development.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
l. THAT Page 16 of the Zoning Atlas, being Schedule "A" of Zoning Bylaw #l264, 1984 be amended by changing the zoning of Lot A, District Lot 7, Plan 5263, Section 26, Township 23, Range 2, West of the Sixth Meridian, Kootenay District from R2A (Special Low Density Residential) to C7 (Service Commercial District).
2. THAT a Public Hearing was held pursuant to Sections 956 and
957 of the Municipal Act.
3. THAT this Bylaw shall take effect upon the date of its'
adoption by City Council.
4. THIS Bylaw shall be cited for all purposes as the "City of
Revelstoke Zoning Amendment Bylaw #1520, 1995".
