CITY OF REVELSTOKE
BYLAW #1518
Being a Bylaw to Amend Zoning Bylaw #1264, 1984
WHEREAS the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, deem it necessary to amend the City of Revelstoke Zoning Bylaw #1264, 1984 to allow for residential development and the construction of a double car garage.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. THAT Zoning Bylaw #1264, be amended by changing the zoning of a 30' strip of Lot 78, Sec.4, Twp.24, Range 2, W6M, K.D., Plan 8838, except parts included in Plans 9214 and 10152, adjoining Lot 51, Sec.4, Twp.24, Range 2, W6M, K.D. Plan 10152 from P1 (Parks and Public Use District) to R2 (Low Density Residential District).
The portion to be rezoned is shown hatched on the Plan of the Proposed Subdivision attached hereto as Schedule "A".
2. THAT a Public Hearing was held pursuant to Sections 956 and 957 of the Municipal Act.
3. THAT this Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Revelstoke Zoning Amendment Bylaw #1518, 1995.
4. THAT this bylaw shall take effect upon the date of it's adoption by City Council.
