CITY OF REVELSTOKE
BYLAW # 1496
Being a Bylaw to Amend Zoning Bylaw #1264, 1984
WHEREAS the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, deem it necessary to amend the City of Revelstoke Zoning Bylaw #1264, 1984 to allow for Residential Development.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. THAT Page 16 of the Official Zoning Atlas, being Schedule A of Zoning Bylaw #1264, be amended by changing the zoning of the North Half of Parcel A (See 9424I) of Lot 30, District Lot 7, Kootenay District, Plan 1067, from Rural Residential - 0.4 Hectare District (RR0.4) to Special Low Density Residential (R2A).
2. THAT a Public Hearing was held pursuant to Sections 956 and 957 of the Municipal Act.
3. THAT this Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Revelstoke Zoning Amendment Bylaw #1496, 1994.
4. THAT this bylaw shall take effect upon the date of it's adoption by City Council.
