CITY OF REVELSTOKE
BYLAW NO. 1476

Being a Bylaw To Amend Zoning Bylaw No. 1264, 1984
__________________________________________________________________
WHEREAS the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia deem it necessary to amend the City of Revelstoke Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1264, 1984 to provide for additional playground area for the Mt. Begbie School.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
l. THAT Page 20 of the Official Zoning Atlas, being Schedule "A"
of City of Revelstoke Zoning Bylaw No. 1264, 1984 be amended by
changing the zoning on Parcel "A", Lot 2, Block A, Section 26,
Township 23, Range 2, West of the 6th Meridian, Kootenay
District, Plan 636G, Except Part included in Plan l6l83,
from Special Low Density District (R2.A) to Institutional District (P.3).
3. THAT a Public Hearing was held pursuant to Sections 956 and
957 of the Municipal Act.
4. THAT this Bylaw shall take effect upon the date of its'
adoption by City Council.
5. THIS Bylaw shall be cited for all purposes as the "City of
Revelstoke Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1476, 1993."
