CITY OF REVELSTOKE

Being a By-Law To Amend Zoning By-Law #l264, l984
_________________________________________________________________
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
l. THAT Page l6 of the Zoning Atlas being Schedule "A" of Zoning
By-Law #l264, l984 be amended by changing the zoning of a
portion of Lot 2, Plan lll26, District Lot 7, Kootenay Land
District from RRO.4 (Rural Residential 0.4 Hectare) and R2A (Special Low Density) to C-7 (Service Commercial).
The portion to be rezoned is shown as Lot B on the Plan of
Proposed Subdivision as prepared by Russell N. Shortt,
B.C.L.S., dated August 9, l993 attached hereto as Schedule "A".
2. The purpose of the rezoning is to provide for the subdivision
of land into two parcels.
3. THAT a Public Hearing was held pursuant to Sections 956 and
957 of the Municipal Act.
4. THAT this By-Law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of
Revelstoke Zoning Amendment By-Law #l468, l993."
5. THAT this By-Law shall come into full force and effect upon
its' adoption thereof.
