CITY OF REVELSTOKE

BY-LAW #l384

BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND ZONING BY-LAW #l264, l984
__________________________________________________________________________

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

l. THAT the Zoning Map of the City of Revelstoke, Zoning By-Law #l264,
be amended by changing the zoning on Lots 7, 8 and South 1/2 9, Block 56,
Plan 9504 on the corner of Victoria Road and Garden Avenue from C-6
Victoria Road Commercial District to C-l Central Business Commercial
District.

2. The purpose of the rezoning is to allow the owner to enlarge his retail
premises.

3. That a Public Hearing was held pursuant to Sections 956 and 957 of the
Municipal Act.

4. That this By-Law may be cited for all purposes as the City of Revelstoke Zoning Amendment By-Law #l384, l990.
