Being a By-law To Amend Zoning By-Law #l264, l984 ____________________________________________________________________________
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
l. THAT the Zoning Map of the City of Revelstoke, Zoning By-law #l264, be amended by changing the Zoning on the Northerly Section of the Remainder of Block A, Plan l382 as being proposed for subdivision by Marathon Realty, dated June 2l, l990, File No. R4958 from M-3 Heavy Industrial to R-l Single Family Residential.
2. The purpose of the rezoning is to subdivide lots to accommodate existing dwellings thereon.
3. That a Public Hearing was held pursuant to Sections 956 and 957 of the Municipal Act.
4. That this By-Law may be cited for all purposes as the City of Revelstoke Zoning Amendment By-Law #l264, l990.
