CITY OF REVELSTOKE

BY-LAW #l369

Being a By-Law To Amend Zoning By-Law #l264, l984
__________________________________________________________________________


NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows.

l. THAT the Zoning Map of the City of Revelstoke Zoning By-Law #l264,
be amended by changing the zoning of the S.W. portion of Lot l,
Plan 9824 (comprising of an area of 3.3l acres, more or less) and
being located between the Trans-Canada Highway No. l and Laurie
Street, from R.R. 60 (Rural Residential) 60 Hectare District to
R-l (Single Family Residential) District.

2. The purpose of the zoning is to provide for a lot to accommodate a
single family residence.

3. That a Public Hearing was held pursuant to Sections 956 and 957 of
the Municipal Act.

4. That this By-Law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of
Revelstoke Zoning Amendment By-Law #l369, l989."
