CITY OF REVELSTOKE

Being a By-Law To Amend Zoning By-Law #l264, l984
___________________________________________________________________________
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
l. That the Zoning Map of the City of Revelstoke, Zoning By-Law #l264,
be amended by changing the zoning on Lot 2, Plan 8445 to allow for
a 0.4 hectare parcel fronting on Camozzi Road from RR.60 Rural
Residential to RRO.4 Rural Residential.
2. The purpose of the rezoning is to provide for a lot to accomodate a
single family residential lot.
3. That a Public Hearing was held pursuant to Sections 956 and 957 of
the Municipal Act.
4. That this By-Law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of
Revelstoke Zoning Amendment By-Law #l368, l989."
