Being a By-Law to Amend Zoning By-Law #l264, l984. _______________________________________________________________________
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
l. That The City of Revelstoke Zoning By-Law #l264, l984 be amended by rezoning the following property. legally described as:
Lots l2 - l8, Block 58, Plan 636B
From R-4, High Density Residential District to C-2 Downtown Fringe Commercial District.
2. That Page l5 of the Official Zoning Atlas, being Schedule "A" of Zoning By-Law #l264, l984 be amended by changing the zoning on Lots l2 - l8, Plan 636B from R-4 High Density Residential District to C-2 Downtown Fringe Commercial.
3. That a Public Hearing was held pursuant to Sections 956 and 957 of the Municipal Act.
4. That this By-Law may be cited for all purposes as "City of Revelstoke Zoning Amendment By-Law #l336, l988."
