BY-LAW #1300

Being a By-Law to Amend Zoning By-Law #l264, l984.
_________________________________________________________________


NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Revelstoke, in the Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled enacts as follows:

l. That the City of Revelstoke By-Law #l264, l984 be amended by rezoning
the following property legally described as:

"North l/2 of Lot 30, Plan l067 as shown on D.D. ll764-I
and the South l/2 of Lot 30, Plan l067 except that portion
shown on D.D. l28728-I, Section 33, Township 23, Range 2,
West of the 6th Meridian, Kootenay District."

From (RRO.4) Rural Residential to (R-2A) Low Density Residential.

2. That this By-Law may be cited for all purposes as "City of Revelstoke
Zoning Amendment By-Law #l300, l985."
