CITY OF REVELSTOKE

BY-LAW #1293, l985

Being a By-Law to amend City of Revelstoke Zoning By-Law #l264, l984
________________________________________________________________

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British
Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

l. That By-Law No. l264, l984 be amended adding to Section l2.7 (l) the
following:

"l2.7 (l) (a)

Parking shall be allowed in the required front yard of a C-8 Zone
provided it is completely paved, drained, curbed, lined and land-
scaped pursuant to the other conditions of this Zoning By-Law."

2. That this By-Law shall be cited for all purposes as "City of Revelstoke
Zoning Amendment By-Law No. l293, l985.
