CITY OF REVELSTOKE

BY-LAW #1292, l985

Being a By-Law to amend City of Revelstoke Zoning By-Law #l264, l984.
__________________________________________________________________


NOW, THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of
British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

l. That By-Law No. l264, l984 be amended by deleting Section 9.l.6(l)
therefrom and by substituting the following therefore:

(l) A front yard shall be provided of not less than 6 meters
(l9.7 ft.) in depth except where a lot is separated from
a lot in a "R" District by a street (being less than 80 ft.
in width), such front yard shall not be less than l0 meters
(32.8 ft.) in depth.

2. That this By-Law shall be cited for all purposes as "City of
Revelstoke Zoning Amendment By-Law No. l292, l985."
