CITY OF REVELSTOKE
BY-LAW NO. 1283

Zoning Amendment By-Law.
_____________________________________________________________________
WHEREAS the Council of the City of Revelstoke deem it necessary to
amend Zoning By-Law No. l264, l984 to make conforming uses of a number of existing wholesale establishments within the (C-l) Central Business District.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Revelstoke, in the Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled enacts as follows:
l. That Section 8.l.l (l) of the City Zoning By-Law No. l264, l984
be amended by adding the following thereto:
"(r) wholesale in conjunction with retail establishments
[to a maximum of six hundred and fifty decimal three (650.3)
square meters (7,000 sq. ft.)]
2. That this By-Law may be cited for all purposes as "The City of
Revelstoke Zoning Amendment By-Law No. l283, l985.
