A Bylaw for the Purpose of Adopting the Five Year Financial Plan 2008-2012
___________________________________________________________________
WHEREAS in accordance with the provisions of Section 165 of the Community Charter, Council is required by bylaw to adopt the five year financial plan of the municipality on or before the fifteenth day of May each year.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Revelstoke in open meeting assembled enacts as follows:
1. Schedules "A", "B", "C" and "D" attached hereto, made part of this bylaw, are hereby adopted and present the five year financial plan of the City of Revelstoke for period 2008 – 2012 inclusive.
2. This bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Five Year Financial Plan 2008 – 2012 Bylaw No.1906.”
3. This bylaw shall come into full force and effect upon its adoption by Council.

READ A THIRD TIME THIS 12th day of May, 2008.
ADOPTED THIS 14th day of May, 2008.
