CITY OF REVELSTOKE

Being a Bylaw to Amend Development Application Fees Bylaw No. 1815
___________________________________________________________________
WHEREAS the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, deem it necessary to amend City of Revelstoke Development Application Fees Bylaw No. 1815.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in an open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. THAT Section 2 (d) be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
(d)(i) Development Permit $ 300.00
Plus advertising fee if required by Council $ 300.00
(ii) Development Permit for screening of Refuse /
Cardboard Recycling Bins $ 0.00
2. THAT this Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “City of Revelstoke
Development Application Fees Amendment Bylaw No. 1833”.
3. THAT this Bylaw shall take effect upon the date of its adoption by Council.
