CITY OF REVELSTOKE
BYLAW No. 1809

Being a Bylaw to Transfer Funds Between Reserves ___________________________________________________________________
Whereas the Council of the City of Revelstoke in the Province of British Columbia, deem it necessary to transfer funds between reserves.
And Whereas the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia deem that the Land Sale Reserve Fund contains funds in excess of projected future requirements and that the Recreation Capital Replacement Reserve Fund lacks sufficient funds to meet obligations payable by that fund.
Now Therefore the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. THAT funds up to a maximum of $1.5 million (one million five hundred thousand dollars) be transferred from the Land Sale Reserve Fund to the Recreation Capital Replacement Reserve Fund.
2. THAT this Bylaw shall be cited for all purposes as the “City of Revelstoke Reserve Fund Transfer Bylaw No. 1809”
3. THAT the Bylaw shall take effect upon the date of its adoption by Council.
