CITY OF REVELSTOKE
BYLAW No. 1793

Being a Bylaw to Discharge a Land Use Contract
___________________________________________________________________
WHEREAS the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, deem it necessary to discharge Land Use Contract No. M11774 registered against Parcel Identifiers: 012-182-281 & 012-182-613, Legal Subdivision 4 & 5 Section 13 Township 23 Range 2 West of the 6th Meridian Kootenay District, Except (1) Parts included in Plans 5682, 10031 & 12547 & (2) Part included in SRW 15044.
AND WHEREAS the owner of the property has requested the discharge of the land use contract.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. THAT Land Use Contract executed the 28th day of April, 1978 by the Regional District of Columbia Shuswap and filed in the Land Title Office at Nelson, British Columbia on the 14th day of June 1978 under Number M11774, Parcel Identifiers: 012-182-613 & 012-182-281, Legal Subdivision 4 & 5 Section 13 Township 23 Range 2 West of the 6th Meridian Kootenay District, Except (1) Parts included in Plans 5682, 10031 & 12547 & (2) Part included in SRW 15044 be discharged and the Mayor and Director of Corporate Administration be authorized to execute the discharge documents.
2. THAT this Bylaw shall be cited for all purposes as the “City of Revelstoke Land Use Contract Discharge Bylaw No. 1793”.
3. THAT this Bylaw shall take effect upon the date of it’s adoption by Council.
