CITY OF REVELSTOKE
BYLAW NO.1763

Being a Bylaw to Allow for Exemption from Taxation Pursuant to Sections 220 and 224 of the Community Charter.

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Revelstoke in the Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. Pursuant to Section 220 of the Community Charter the City of Revelstoke hereby exempts the following properties from taxation for the calendar year 2005:

3. That this Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Revelstoke 2005 Tax Exemption Bylaw No. 1763."
4. This Bylaw shall come into full force and effect upon the adoption thereof.
