CITY OF REVELSTOKE
BYLAW NO. 1717

Being a Bylaw to Discharge a Land Use Contract
___________________________________________________________________
WHEREAS the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, deem it necessary to discharge Land Use Contract No. L10626 registered against Parcel Identifiers: 012-901-130 & 012-901-156, Lots 1 & 2 Section 4 Township 24 Range 2 West of the 6th Meridian Kootenay District Plan 10792 shown on Schedule A attached.
AND WHEREAS the owner of the property has requested the discharge of the land use contract.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. THAT Land Use Contract executed the 24th day of May, 1977 by the City of Revelstoke and filed in the Land Title Office at Nelson, British Columbia on the 19th day of August 1977 under Number L10626, Parcel Identifiers: 012-901-130 & 012-901-156, Lots 1 & 2 Section 4 Township 24 Range 2 West of the 6th Meridian Kootenay District Plan 10792 be discharged and the Mayor and Director of Corporate Administration be authorized to execute the discharge documents.
2. THAT this Bylaw shall be cited for all purposes as the “City of Revelstoke Land Use Contract Discharge Bylaw No. 1717.”
3. THAT this Bylaw shall take effect upon the date of it’s adoption by Council.
