CITY OF REVELSTOKE
BYLAW NO. 1708
A Bylaw for the Purpose of Adopting the Five Year Financial Plan
2003 - 2007
WHEREAS in accordance with the provisions of Section 327 of the Local Government Act, Council is required by bylaw to adopt the five year financial plan of the municipality on or before the fifteenth day of May of each year.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Revelstoke in open meeting assembled enacts as follows:
1. Schedules "A" and “B” attached hereto, made part of this bylaw, are hereby adopted and present the five year financial plan of the City of Revelstoke for period 2003 - 2007 inclusive.
2. This bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “The City of Revelstoke Five Year Financial Plan 2003 - 2007 Bylaw No. 1708.”
3. This Bylaw shall come into full force and effect upon its adoption by Council.
