A Bylaw to Permit Encroachments on Highways

WHEREAS the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, deem it prudent to enact a Bylaw to permit encroachments on highways.NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. THAT the owners of property legally described as: Lot A Section 26 Township 23 Range 2 West of the 6th Meridian Kootenay
District, Plan 11184
Parcel Identifier: 012-858-714
Located at 332 Taylor Street, Revelstoke, B.C.
are permitted to erect and maintain, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Encroachment Agreement, attached as Schedule “A” to this Bylaw, a garage described therein and make use over that portion of the highway described in the Highway Encroachment Agreement. 2. THAT this Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “City of Revelstoke Highway Encroachment Bylaw No. 1698. 3. THAT this Bylaw shall come into full force and effect upon its’ adoption thereof by City Council.
