CITY OF REVELSTOKE
BYLAW NO. 1663, 2001
Being a Bylaw to Allow for Exemption from Taxation Pursuant to Sections 339 and 341 of the Local Government Act.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Revelstoke in the Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. Pursuant to Section 339 of the Local Government Act the City of Revelstoke hereby exempts the following properties from taxation for the calendar year 2002:

3. That this Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Revelstoke 2002 Tax Exemption Bylaw No. 1663 , 2001."
4. This Bylaw shall come into full force and effect upon the adoption thereof.
