A Bylaw to Permit Encroachment on Highways
____________________________________________________________________


WHEREAS the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia deem it prudent to enact a Bylaw to permit encroachments on highways.

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. THAT the owners of property legally described as:

Parcel Identifier: 024-743-615
Lot 1, Section 34, Township 23, Range 2, West of the 6th Meridian, Kootenay District, Plan NEP66482 (previously Lots 1, 2 and Parcel A of Lot 3, Block 9, Plan 636) located at 315 Second Street West, Revelstoke, B. C.

are permitted to maintain, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Encroachment Agreement, attached as Schedule "A" to this Bylaw, a building described therein and make use over that portion of the highway described in the Highway Encroachment Agreement.

2. THAT this Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Revelstoke Highway Encroachment Bylaw #1637, 2000".

3. THAT this Bylaw shall come into full force and effect upon its' adoption thereof by City Council.

READ A FIRST TIME this 10th day of April, 2000.

READ A SECOND TIME this 10th day of April, 2000.

READ A THIRD TIME this 10th day of April, 2000.

RECONSIDERED AND FINALLY ADOPTED this 25th day of April, 2000.
