CITY OF REVELSTOKE

A Bylaw to Amend the Five Year Capital Expenditure Program Budget Bylaw No. 1585, 1998
______________________________________________________________________________
WHEREAS in accordance with the provisions of Section 329 of the Municipal Act, the Council is required by Bylaw to adopt a Five-Year Capital Expenditure Program Budget for the Municipality.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "City of Revelstoke Five-Year Capital Expenditure Program Budget Amendment Bylaw No. 1614, 1999".
2. Schedule "A" attached hereto and made part of this Bylaw is hereby adopted and is the Capital Expenditure Program Budget, as amended of the City of Revelstoke for the years 1998-2002 inclusive.
3. This Bylaw shall come into full force and effect upon adoption by Council.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 25th DAY OF MAY, 1999.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 25th DAY OF MAY, 1999.
READ A THIRD TIME THIS 25th DAY OF MAY, 1999.
RECONSIDERED AND FINALLY ADOPTED THIS 14th DAY OF JUNE, 1999.
