Being a Bylaw of the City of Revelstoke to Close Off And Stop Up to Traffic Road Adjacent to Parcel A (KL111086) Block 19, Sec. 34, Twp. 23, Range 2, W6M, Kootenay District Plan 9504

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, pursuant to Section 541 (1)(b) of the Municipal Act, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. THAT the road adjacent to Parcel A (KL111086), Block 19, Sec. 34, Twp. 23, Range 2, W.6.M., Kootenay District, Plan 9504 as outlined in plan attached as Schedule "A" and prepared by Russell N. Shortt, B.C.L.S. on October 1, 1998 is not required for road purposes, is hereby closed and stopped up to traffic of all kinds.
2. THIS Bylaw shall be advertised in the Times/Review prior to the adoption thereof.
3. THAT access is not an issue.
4. THIS Bylaw shall take effect upon the adoption thereof.
5. THIS Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Revelstoke Road Closure Bylaw #1591, 1999".
