CITY OF REVELSTOKE

A Bylaw to Permit Encroachment on Highways ______________________________________________________________________________
WHEREAS the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia deem it prudent to enact a Bylaw to permit encroachments on highways.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. THAT the owners of property legally described as:
Lot 12, Section 34, Township 23, Range 2, West of the 6th Meridian, Kootenay District, Plan 1931, Parcel Identifier 013-253-603 - located at 1115 Douglas Street, Revelstoke, B.C.
are permitted to erect and maintain, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Encroachment Agreement, attached as Schedule "A" to this Bylaw, a rearyard fence described therein and make use over that portion of the highway described in the Highway Encroachment Agreement.
2. THAT this Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Revelstoke Highway Encroachment Bylaw #1588, 1998".
3. THAT this Bylaw shall come into full force and effect upon its' adoption thereof by City Council.
