CITY OF REVELSTOKE
BYLAW #1583, 1998
Being a Bylaw of the City of Revelstoke To Close Off And Stop Up to Traffic Unnamed Road Adjacent to Lot 1, Plan 7005, Sec. 27, Tp. 23, R-2, W6M, Kootenay District
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, pursuant to Section 534 (2) of the Municipal Act, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. THAT Unnamed road adjacent to Lot 1, Plan 7005, Sec. 27, Tp. 23, R-2, W6M, Kootenay District as outlined in Plan attached as Schedule "A" and prepared by Russell N. Shortt, B.C.L.S. on March 31, 1998 is not required for road purposes, is hereby Closed and Stopped Up to Traffic of all kinds.
2. THIS Bylaw shall be advertised in the Times/Review prior to the adoption thereof.
3. THAT access is not an issue.
4. THIS Bylaw shall take effect upon the adoption thereof.
5. THIS Bylaw shall be cited for all purposes as the "City of Revelstoke Unnamed Road Closure Bylaw #1583, 1998".
