CITY OF REVELSTOKE
BYLAW #1545, 1996
A Bylaw to Permit Encroachments on Highways
WHEREAS the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia deem it prudent to enact a Bylaw to permit encroachments on highways.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. THAT owners of properties legally described as:
Lots 16, 17, 18, Block 36, Section 27, Range 2, West of the 6th Meridian, Kootenay Land District, Plan 636B, Parcel Identifier: 010-183-141, 010-182-934, 010-182-373, and located at 403 Mackenzie Avenue, Revelstoke, B.C.
are permitted to construct and maintain, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Encroachment Agreement, attached as Schedule "A" to this Bylaw, a fence described therein and over that portion of the highway described in the Highway Encroachment Agreement.
2. THAT this Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Revelstoke Highway Encroachment Bylaw #1545, 1996".
3. THAT this Bylaw shall come into full force and effect upon the adoption thereof by City Council.
