Being a Bylaw to Allow For The Construction of Public Lavatories

WHEREAS the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, deem it necessary to construct Public Lavatories in the downtown core.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled enacts as follows:
1. Whereas under Section 614(g) of the Municipal Act the
City of Revelstoke is hereby authorized to construct
public lavatories on land legally described as follows:
Lots 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, Block 16, Plan 636, Sec. 34,
Township 23, Range 2, West of the 6th Meridian, Kootenay
District.
2. THAT this Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the
"City of Revelstoke Construction of Public Lavatories
Bylaw #1538, 1996."
3. THAT this Bylaw shall take effect upon the date of its'
adoption by City Council.

READ A THIRD TIME THIS 24TH DAY OF JUNE, 1996
ADOPTED THIS 8TH DAY OF JUNE , 1996
