CITY OF REVELSTOKE
BYLAW NO. 1534, 1996
A Program to Allow for Capital Expenditure for the Period 1996 - 2000 Inclusive
WHEREAS in accordance with the provisions of Section 266 of the Municipal Act, the Council is required by bylaw to adopt a five-year capital expenditure program budget for the municipality.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "City of Revelstoke Five-Year Capital Expenditure Program Budget Bylaw No. 1534", 1996.
2. That Schedule "A" attached hereto and made part of this Bylaw is hereby adopted and is the Capital Expenditure Program Budget of the City of Revelstoke for the years 1996 - 2000 inclusive.
