CITY OF REVELSTOKE
BYLAW NO.1528, 1995
A Program to Allow for Capital Expenditure for the Period 1995 - 1999 Inclusive
WHEREAS in accordance with the provisions of Section 266 of the Municipal Act, the Council is required by bylaw to adopt a five-year capital expenditure program budget for the municipality.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
That schedule "A" attached hereto and made part of this Bylaw is hereby adopted and is the Capital Expenditure Program Budget of the City of Revelstoke for the years 1995 - 1999 inclusive.
This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "City of Revelstoke Five-Year Capital Expenditure Program Budget Bylaw No. 1528".
