CITY OF REVELSTOKE
BYLAW #1527, 1995
A Bylaw to Permit Encroachments on Highways
WHEREAS the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia deem it prudent to enact a Bylaw to permit encroachments on highways.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Revelstoke, Province of British Columbia, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. THAT owners of properties legally described as:
Lots 11-12, Block 24, Section 34, Township 23, Range 2, Meridian 6, Kootenay Land District, Plan 636A located at 215 & 217 Mackenzie Avenue, Revelstoke, B.C.
are permitted to maintain, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Encroachment Agreements, attached as Schedule "A" to this Bylaw, as an existing structure and canopy described therein and over that portion of the highway described in the Highway Encroachment Agreements.
2. THAT this Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Revelstoke Highway Encroachment Bylaw #1527, 1995".
3. THAT this Bylaw shall come into full force and effect upon the adoption thereof by City Council.
